On the JSEM handbook, it’s recommended to get TwinRIX.

We recommend that people are up to date on their regular shots and then also have the twinrix shot for Hep. Other than that, we don’t recommend anything. Some shops do try and sell malaria (not needed) and Japanese encephalitis (also not needed - that’s more in the north)

So, anyways, that's what we all do on the team, but obviously it's your decision. :)
